We built a brand website for O.S Management & Renovation, a residential building-management firm serving north Tel Aviv, Holon and the Herzl Street cluster. They handle electrical and plumbing maintenance, landscaping, common-area cleaning, pest control and Vaad Bayit management. The site features a fault-reporting form, a building gallery, and 7 testimonials from named house-committee representatives under a 24/7 response promise.
Fault-Report Form & Direct WhatsApp Channel
We built a dedicated fault-report form (full name, phone, email, city) that routes residents and house committees straight to the O.S team. Next to the form we wired in WhatsApp and a direct dial (052-448-4983). So on emergency calls (leaks, power cuts, urgent pest control), residents reach someone in minutes, 24/7.

We split the site into six service pages covering O.S's scope: electrical & plumbing maintenance, landscaping & pruning, common-area cleaning, pest control, ongoing upkeep of building systems (including security), and full Vaad Bayit management. We surfaced the eco-friendly cleaning materials and the "hard work, reliability, professionalism" positioning.
Wall of House-Committee Testimonials
We built a testimonials block with 7 quotes from house-committee representatives and tenants. Each entry carries a name, role and a pull-quote around "immediate response", "high standards" and "professionalism". The dark-navy headers, white type, and action shots of the maintenance crew reinforce the sense of a company you can call on Saturday night.
