Hosting Service Terms
Terms of use for Simple Web hosting services.
1. Service Description
Monthly hosting at 80 ILS including VAT, through Hostinger, including Premium hosting with daily backups, Elementor Pro license, Unlimited Elements Pro plugin, speed plugins, and "first aid" for issues.
2. Minimum Commitment and Cancellation
3-month minimum commitment, cancellation with 14 days advance notice to info@simple-web.co.il, upon cancellation the website will be removed and its content deleted.
3. Service and Support (SLA)
Initial response within 3 business days, support Sunday-Thursday 09:00-17:00.
4. Liability and Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for Hostinger server outages, service provided As-Is.
5. Data Backup
Hostinger daily backups up to one week, no additional backup provided, responsibility lies with the client.
6. Service Termination
No access to content will be maintained, backup responsibility lies with the client.
7. Privacy Policy
The company maintains confidentiality.
8. Changes to Terms
Right to update with 14 days notice.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Israeli law, Tel Aviv courts.
