How Simple Web collects, uses, and protects your information.
This policy is updated to reflect the Israeli Privacy Protection Law Amendment 13 (effective August 14, 2025). Last updated: May 7, 2026.
We collect information you provide directly - through contact forms or email - including your name, email, phone, company name, and anything you choose to share. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser, pages visited, traffic source and dwell time - all subject to your consent via the cookie banner.
To respond to inquiries, deliver our services, send you updates and marketing communications (with separate consent), improve the site and its services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Personalized marketing requires explicit opt-in via the "Marketing" cookie category.
Processing relies on: (a) explicit consent - for non-essential tracking and targeted advertising; (b) contract performance - to handle inquiries and deliver services; (c) legal obligation - for tax and accounting records; (d) legitimate interest - for site security, fraud prevention and aggregated service improvement.
We apply suitable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS for all transit, encryption at rest, periodic rotation of access tokens, and need-to-know access. In a security incident we notify the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority within 72 hours and affected individuals within a reasonable timeframe.
On first visit you'll be prompted to consent across four categories: Essential (site operation - cannot be disabled), Functional (remembers preferences), Analytics (Google Analytics 4 for usage analysis), and Marketing (Meta Pixel and Google Ads for advertising and conversion measurement). By default, only essential cookies are active. Main cookies: _ga, _ga_* (analytics); _gcl_au (Google Ads, marketing); _fbp, _fbc (Meta, marketing). You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
Vercel (US, hosting) - processes basic HTTP request data. Monday.com (CRM) - receives and stores contact-form submissions (name, email, phone, message) as leads so our team can follow up. Google (Google LLC, US) - GA4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager; all Google tags load via GTM and only after your consent: GA4 for usage analytics (IP anonymization, Consent Mode v2) under "Analytics", and Google Ads for conversion measurement and remarketing under "Marketing". Meta Platforms(Facebook/Instagram) - the Meta Pixel for measurement and targeted advertising, loaded only after "Marketing" consent. All providers operate under SCC or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for cross-border transfers from Israel.
You may at any time: (a) access the data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete records; (c) erase ("right to be forgotten") - fulfilled within 30 days unless legally required otherwise; (d) restrict processing; (e) port your data in a structured format; (f) withdraw consent at any time - applies prospectively; (g) lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. To exercise: info@simple-web.co.il - we respond within 30 days.
Contact-form data: 2 years from the last interaction. GA4 analytics: configured to 2 months (the platform's minimum). Invoices and financial records: 7 years (Israeli tax-authority requirement).
The site is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
We update this policy as needed. Material changes are announced via a site notice 30 days before they take effect. The effective date appears at the top.
